49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick recently riled up some folks by being photographed while wearing a Dolphins cap and now he may be in for some razzing in his own locker room for wearing nothing at all.

During an appearance on the Bull and Fox Show on 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland, via CBSSports.com, 49ers safety Donte Whitner was asked about Kaepernick’s decision to pose in the altogether for ESPN the Magazine‘s Body Issue. Whitner said that he wouldn’t show the full monty and that Kaepernick’s choice to do so will be met with some razzing in the team’s locker room when everyone gathers for 49ers training camp.

“He’s the man right now, and that’s what he chose to do,” Whitner said. “But he’s going to receive some flak in the locker room.”

Kaepernick doesn’t have much to be embarrassed about, but the nature of life in the locker room means that the photos are going to be fodder for jokes. It shouldn’t go much beyond that unless a picture surfaces of Kaepernick covering up any parts of himself with a Seahawks cap.
