Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan and Eagles tackle Lane Johnson signed their contracts on Saturday, which appears to have gotten the ball rolling for the rest of the unsigned first round draft picks.

The Browns announced that linebacker Barkevious Mingo has signed his deal. It’s a four-year deal with an option for a fifth year worth more than $16 million, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Cabot also reports that the Browns secured the offset language they were seeking in the contract, allowing them some protection should they decide that their scouting department didn’t know what it was doing when they backed Mingo as the sixth overall pick at some point in the next four years. Jordan and Johnson also have the language in their contract, making it little surprise that Mingo wound up with it as well.

Mingo will compete for snaps with Jabaal Sheard and Paul Kruger, an effort that should be helped by the fact that he won’t be missing any time at camp. The same is true for all the rest of the Browns draft class as the team has now signed everyone they drafted.
