If you’re an out-of-work wide receiver with a history of concussions, today’s your lucky day.
In addition to the previously reported visit from Laurent Robinson, the Jets are also working out Austin Collie today, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Collie has worked out for the 49ers and Patriots this offseason, and will need to also show his knee is sound after last year’s torn patellar tendon.
Both could probably help the Jets, but proving they’re well is the first hurdle. And the fact they’re bringing both in indicates they’re probably looking at a number of others, polishing up the emergency list before the start of camp.
