  1. It continues to look positive for us long-suffering Chiefs fans. This is a team that totally underperformed, with the talent they have and who needed new leadership and a new direction. I’m impressed with Clark Hunt for listening to the fans and taking such an active role immediately after the season, to clean house. He hired the best available coach, who I think was totally exhausted in Philly and who is now energized in his role with a team that didn’t need a total rebuilding job, but some additions at key positions, namely QB and some veteran leadership and depth at other positions. He and Dorsey are on the same page, which appeared to be a major issue with Haley and Pioli. Crennel was just a “yes man” for Pioli and was totally ineffective. Maybe we can enjoy this season instead of beginning to look ahead to “next year” in about October.

  2. Poor Andy Reid is happy to get out of the mess in Philly. They got a good QB in Alex Smith. They should be ready to make some noise. And make Peyton Manning earn the division this year.
