The Seattle Seahawks made a roster move following the conclusion of practice on Tuesday afternoon.

At least for now it isn’t a replacement for wide receiver Percy Harvin.

The Seahawks re-signed defensive end/tight end Jameson Konz and released tight end Victor Marshall.

Konz was selected by the Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He’s played several positions during his time with Seattle including tight end, defensive end and linebacker.

Konz missed his entire rookie season due to a hip injury. He landed on the practice squad in 2011 and was promoted to the active roster in October. He appeared in just one game for Seattle as he suffered a torn ACL in the game against the New York Giants and once again landed on injured reserve. Konz was released by Seattle last September.

Marshall had been in camp as an undrafted free agent signing.
