Charly Martin is on the move again.

Martin, the wide receiver who was waived by the Seahawks in July, claimed by the 49ers and then waived by San Francisco yesterday, has been claimed by the Jaguars.

This is Martin’s second stint in Jacksonville, where he was on the practice squad for the final four weeks of the 2011 season. Martin has also spent time with the Chargers and Panthers in his NFL career.

In college Martin was a dominant Division II receiver, leading all of Division II as a senior at West Texas A&M with 95 catches for 1,867 yards and 22 touchdowns. In the NFL he hasn’t had a lot of playing time, catching just five passes for 48 yards.
