Join us this week on The Dan Patrick Show

DP

The first episode of the final half-season of Breaking Bad started at the top of the hour, and I’m on a train between Manhattan and Stamford trying to avoid the Twitter. (The trip from West Virginia nearly had a much worse outcome, but I’ll defer the details for a later date. After the PTSD subsides.)

But it’s worth possibly tripping over a spoiler or two before I can see the first installment of the final eight. All week long, I’ll be hosting The Dan Patrick Show from his Milford studio, with Paul Pabst, Seton O’Connor, Todd Fritz, and Andrew “McLovin” Perloff in attendance.

Monday’s show features Ravens coach John Harbaugh, Peter King of Football Night in America and TheMMQB.com, and Clint Dempsey.

Soccer fans will instantly recognize the name Clint Dempsey. Some football fans will wonder why the guy who led the Cowboys to a Thanksgiving Day win over the Redskins is calling in to the show.

Later in the week, we’ll have Saints coach Sean Payton, Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson, Jaguars coach Gus Bradley, FOX’s Jay Glazer, and more.

The Dan Patrick Show is carried by more than 275 radio stations nationwide, and it streams at DanPatrick.com. The TV version airs on NBCSN and DirecTV’s Audience Network. We’ll be on from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.

As of noon each day, it’ll be time to hit the road back to Stamford for PFT Live (which starts at 1:00 p.m. ET this week) and Pro Football Talk on NBCSN. Hines Ward joins Erik Kuselias and yours truly in studio several days this week as we continue to bring you the most up-to-date news and analysis, as watched by Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer during the first episode of this year’s Hard Knocks.

Which was almost as good as I imagine the first episode of Breaking Bad will be. If only I get to see it before someone ruins it for me.
