The Giants are waiting to see the condition of one of their key defensive players, after safety Antrell Rolle was carted off the practice field this afternoon.

According to the multiple reports, Rolle got tangled up with tight end Bear Pascoe, and had trouble putting weight on his right foot when he got up.

Giants coach Tom Coughlin said after practice he didn’t have much of an update on Rolle, other than that he would have an MRI on his ankle.

Rolle has been a steady presence for the Giants, as he hasn’t missed a game in three seasons and led them in tackles the last two years.
