While it’s a little early, it’s always a sure sign that meaningful football is around the corner when the bus load of veteran kickers begins moving from town to town for workouts.

The next stop is Tampa Bay, where the Bucs will look at former Cowboys kicker David Buehler and others this week, according to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports.

The Bucs brought in former Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes, but he hasn’t played yet because of a toe problem. Derek Dimke is the other kicker in camp, and he’s hit all his preseason attempts, but hasn’t played in a regular season game. They’re at a bit of a loss after losing veteran Connor Barth to a torn Achilles in a charity basketball game.

Recently released veterans Rian Lindell and Dan Carpenter could be making the rounds with Buehler as well.
