Bears bounce 14, cut to 76

Zbikowski

All teams have until Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. ET to get to 75 players. The Bears have to let only one more guy go.

Gone today are safety Tom Zbikowski, receiver Devin Aromashadu, defensive end Kyle Moore, running back Curtis Brinkley, defensive tackle Eric Foster, tackle A.J. Lindeman, center P.J. Lonergan, safety Derrick Martin, tight end Gabe Miller, tight end Leonard Pope, defensive tackle Brent Russell, linebacker Patrick Trahan, punter Tress Way, and linebacker Lawrence Wilson.

Zbikowski, a third-round pick from Notre Dame, spent four seasons with the Ravens. Last year, he started 11 games with the Colts.

During the 2011 lockout, Zbikowski dabbled in boxing. He said he’ll box again when football is over.

He may soon be boxing again.
