The Eagles have announced their roster moves to get them to the 53-man roster limit, but they appear to be far from finished putting Chip Kelly’s roster together.

After making their moves, they have just three outside linebackers on the roster: Connor Barwin, Trent Cole and Brandon Graham. You’d think they’d want more than that, given they’re running a 3-4 defense.

In addition to the moves they made yesterday, the Eagles announced the release of former first-round pick Danny Watkins, tight end Clay Harbor, wide receiver Russell Shepard, offensive lineman Michael Bamiro, safety David Sims, running back Matthew Tucker, linebacker Travis Long, linebacker Chris McCoy and wide receiver Greg Salas.
