One of the more intriguing prospects among this year’s undrafted free agents is back in the league, although in a new place.

Wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers has signed with the Colts practice squad, according to Tom Pelissero of USA Today.

Rogers was waived by the Bills in the first round of cuts.

A one-time teammates of Cordarrelle Patterson and Justin Hunter at Tennessee, he finished his career at Tennessee Tech after multiple failed drug tests. The talent has always been there, and seeing if he’s willing to develop it is worth the small ($6,000 a week) investment of a practice squad deal.
