The Falcons parted ways with veteran right tackle Tyson Clabo this offseason, and with his replacement failing to step up, they were forced to dip back into the veteran market.

The team announced they signed former Buccaneers right tackle Jeremy Trueblood. To make room for him on the roster, they released offensive lineman Terren Jones.

The Falcons lost Mike Johnson to a broken leg in training camp, leaving the position to Lamar Holmes, last year’s third-rounder.

Trueblood started 84 games for the Buccaneers, and could end up starting for the Falcons sooner rather than later.
