Chiefs left tackle Branden Albert was able to finish yesterday’s game with a shoulder injury, but he got Monday off.
The Chiefs are on a short week in advance of Thursday’s trip to Philadelphia, and Albert was held out of practice because of a sprained AC joint in his shoulder.
“He’s a little sore today,” Chiefs coach Andy Reid said, via Randy Covitz of the Kansas City Star. “But I think he’ll be OK.”
Tight end Anthony Fasano (ankle) and cornerback Brandon Flowers (knee) were held out of practice as well, but Reid indicated he was hopeful they’d play against the Eagles as well.
Linebacker James-Michael Johnson (neck) and Travis Kelce (knee) were also missing from today’s Chiefs practice, according to the injury report submitted to the league.
