The Giants are a terrible team, and one player says they need to do a better job of playing as a team.
Safety Antrel Rolle told WFAN that although the players on the team all get along well enough, they don’t seem to support each other well enough on the field.
“Do we like each other in our locker room? I believe so,” Rolle said. “There’s no one in our locker room that has problems with anyone. We’re all friends with one another, but are we going out there and fighting for the guy beside us? Absolutely not. There’s no way I can hide it, sugarcoat it, whatever you want to say. There’s no way I can hide that.”
It’s not getting any easier for the Giants, who have to go on the road to play the 3-0 Chiefs on Sunday. They’d better start showing some fight soon, because 0-4 is an awfully deep hole for any team to dig out of.
