Adrian Peterson’s daughter can’t believe he lost to the Browns

Just about everyone was surprised when the Browns turned in a great effort on Sunday and upset the Vikings in Minnesota. Among those who were the most surprised was the daughter of Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.

Peterson wrote on Twitter that while he was relaxing at home with his girl, she suddenly blurted out that she couldn’t believe his team lost to the Browns.

Peterson had a decent game against the Browns, picking up 88 yards, but he needed 25 carries to get there and never broke a single run of longer than nine yards all game. The Browns’ defense did the same thing that every defense is doing against the Vikings, loading up to stop Peterson and daring Christian Ponder to beat them. So far that strategy is working: Peterson is averaging a career-low 4.1 yards a carry, and Ponder doesn’t look like he can beat anyone. Not even the Browns.
