Giants will be without 40 percent of O-line

If the Giants are going to avoid an 0-4 start, they’re going to have to do it without at least three starters.

The team announced that center David Baas and guard Chris Snee are officially out for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs, along with cornerback Corey Webster.

To make matters worse, veteran blocker David Diehl is doubtful, leaving the Giants scrambling for a combination of blockers hoping to improve on last week’s seven sacks allowed.

Giants coach Tom Coughlin wouldn’t say how he’d configure that line, such that he has a lot of options.
