Giants running back David Wilson is questionable to return to Sunday’s game against Philadelphia with a neck injury, multiple media outlets, including the Newark Star-Ledger, reported.

Wilson left the game after losing three yards on the final play of the first quarter. However, he is back on the sideline, Fox sideline reporter Laura Okmin said during the telecast of the game.

Also, Giants defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka has a right rib injury, per Okmin, but the injury does not appear serious, she said.

Brandon Jacobs is the top backup to Wilson.
