The Broncos have done their customary number on the Cowboys defense through three quarters, but the Cowboys are giving it right back to them.

And thanks to Peyton Manning’s first interception of the year, they have a shot to take the lead.

Denver leads 38-33 after three quarters of a game that has seen just 13 incomplete passes by the two quarterbacks. Peyton Manning opened the second half with his fourth touchdown pass of the game, but Tony Romo answered right back with an 82-yard bomb to Terrance Williams to keep pace. The Cowboys defense then came up with a stop on third down to limit Denver to a field goal and Romo led the team right back down the field for Dez Bryant’s second touchdown catch of the day.

Manning underthrew Eric Decker on his next pass and Morris Claiborne came up with an interception to halt Manning’s run at 20 touchdowns without an interception. Romo hasn’t been picked and has completed 19-of-27 passes for 362 yards and three touchdowns thus far.

Should he continue to put up Manning-like numbers, the Broncos may see their winning streak come to an end as well.

UPDATE 7:00 p.m. ET: The Cowboys turned the interception into a Jason Witten touchdown catch. Romo hit Williams for two to make it 41-38 Cowboys in the fourth quarter.
