One of the Ravens’ star defensive players took part in his first practice of the week on Friday.
Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, who missed the previous two days with a hip injury, was a participant in Friday’s practice, multiple media outlets reported.
According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, Ngata “appeared to have his normal mobility” on Friday.
The 29-year-old Ngata has been named to the Pro Bowl in each of the last four seasons. Possessing a unique combination of size and athleticism, the 6-foot-4, 340-pound Ngata has 15 tackles in five regular-season games in 2013.
