The good news for the Patriots is that they came back and won a game that roughly half the people at Gillette Stadium assumed they’d lose.
The bad news is that cornerback Aqib Talib is injured.
Per a league source, Talib has suffered a strained hip flexor. In 2010, he tore a tendon from a bone in his hip, which knocked him out from December through the end of the season.
Early indications are this injury isn’t serious.
