After a one-game absence, Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is back in the lineup for New England.

Amendola, who missed the Week Seven loss to the Jets with a concussion, is active for Sunday’s game vs. Miami.

Amendola has caught 16 passes for 159 yards in three regular-season games with New England in 2013.

While Amendola will play Sunday, the Patriots will not have not cornerback Aqib Talib, who miss a second straight game with a hip injury. Talib is among the Patriots’ seven declared inactives.

Also inactive for the Patriots is defensive tackle Tommy Kelly (knee), who had previously been ruled out.
