The Dolphins turned an interception of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady into the game’s first points Sunday in Foxborough.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill connected with wide receiver Brandon Gibson on a four-yard TD pass to give Miami a 7-0 first-quarter lead at New England. The play capped an 11-play, 40-yard drive that started after cornerback Dimitri Patterson intercepted a pass intended for Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The interception was Brady’s sixth of the season. For Patterson, it was his third pick of the campaign.
