Since all hell broke loose for the Dolphins five days ago, the main players in this never-ending drama have remained largely out of sight.

On Friday, guard Richie Incognito was spotted at the Los Angeles airport, via Local10.com.

Incognito flew from Miami to L.A., declining comment to reporters by explaining that it’s not “the time or the place.”

The most obvious explanation is that Incognito has flown to California to meet with his agents and lawyers at Athletes First, which is located in Laguna Hills, California.

Possible goals would be to prepare Incognito for his interview with outside investigator Ted Wells or to participate in planning for any challenge to his current suspension for conduct detrimental to the team.
