Though little seems worse than a loss to the previously winless Jaguars, the Titans might have found it.
According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, Titans quarterback Jake Locker suffered what appears to be a season-ending foot injury. The early report is that he suffered a Lisfranc injury, though he’ll undergo more tests to confirm.
Locker was on crutches and in a walking boot after the game, saying he was praying it wasn’t season-ending.
The Titans brought in Ryan Fitzpatrick this offseason as an upgrade at backup quarterback, and he could have a chance to prove himself worth it.
