The Chargers promoted first-year offensive tackle Kenny Wiggins from the practice squad on Saturday, the club said.

In a corresponding roster move, the Chargers waived rookie offensive tackle Nick Becton.

The Chargers have ruled out left tackle King Dunlap (neck) for Sunday’s game at Miami. Right tackle D.J. Fluker (illness) is probable, as is reserve guard-tackle Mike Remmers (ankle).

The 25-year-old Wiggins had spent the 2013 regular season on the Chargers’ practice squad before his promotion Saturday. He played with the 49ers in the 2013 preseason. Wiggins (6-6, 314) has also spent time on the 49ers’ and Ravens’ practice squads.
