Right guard Chris Scott (knee) and weak-side linebacker Chase Blackburn (foot) are among the Panthers’ seven inactive players for Monday night’s game vs. New England.

Scott and Blackburn had been listed as out on the club’s injury report.

Nate Chandler started in place of the injured Scott last week at San Francisco. Rookie A.J. Klein got the call on the weak side a week ago, with Blackburn only playing special teams.

Defensive end Frank Alexander, running back Kenjon Barner, tight end Ben Hartsock and wide receivers Tavarres King and Marvin McNutt are also inactive for Carolina, which has won five straight games.
