Miles Austin, Morris Claiborne good to go for Sunday

The Cowboys need a win over the Giants in New Jersey this weekend to move back into a tie for first place in the NFC East.

They won’t have linebackers Sean Lee and Justin Durant in the lineup to help them with that effort, but the team is otherwise looking healthier than it has in weeks. Cornerback Morris Claiborne and defensive tackle Jason Hatcher are both listed as probable after missing time with shoulder injuries and safety J.J. Wilcox, who has been sidelined by a knee injury, has the same designation.

Wide receiver Miles Austin is also expected back in the lineup after missing the last three games with a hamstring injury. Austin missed two games earlier this season with the same injury and then returned for two catchless games before getting hurt again, something that Austin doesn’t think will happen this time.

“It’s just something that you have to go through regardless of how frustrating it is,” Austin said, via ESPNDallas.com. “You have to deal with reality when it comes. The reality now is that I feel good. I’m playing and ready to go.”

Austin had 10 catches for 72 yards in the season-opening win over the Giants. More of the same would bode well for their chances at sweeping the season series.
