Raiders score first, 12 seconds in to the game

Jenkins

Maybe the Cowboys should change out of the blue jerseys.

Wearing their “home” shirts at home for the first time in decades, the Cowboys fumbled the opening kickoff. Dallas receiver Terrance Williams put it down, Oakland receiver Greg Jenkins picked it up, and Jenkins ran it in for the touchdown.

It appeared that Williams’ knee may have been down before the ball came out. But referee Scott Green correctly concluded that the evidence of a bad call on the field was not indisputable.

It is indisputable that the Cowboys find themselves in a 7-0 hole.
