Rams left tackle Jake Long was carted off the field early in today’s game against the Buccaneers.
Long appeared to hurt his right leg and stayed down for a few minutes, although he was at least able to stand up and get on the cart on his own power.
There is no immediate word on the nature of Long’s injury, but the way his knee buckled did not look good.
The 28-year-old Long has been healthy for most of his NFL career and has started all 15 games for the Rams this year.
