One of the Ravens’ defensive starters was not on the field as practice began on Thursday.
Via Luke Jones of WNST-AM in Baltimore, defensive tackle Arthur Jones (concussion) wasn’t among the players taking part in on-field preparations for Sunday’s game at Cincinnati.
Jones, 27, has recorded a career-high 53 tackles in 14 games (13 starts) for Baltimore this season. The fourth-year pro from Syracuse has also notched four sacks, second-most in his career.
Jones sustained the concussion in Sunday’s loss to New England.
Rookie Brandon Williams is listed as the top backup to Jones.
The Ravens (8-7) need a win vs. the Bengals and either a San Diego or Miami loss to make the postseason.
