The loss of cornerback Keenan Lewis to a possible concussion drew the most attention on Saturday night, but it wasn’t the only injury they suffered on defense.

Linebacker Parys Haralson exited the game in the first half with a chest injury and they may not be getting him back before the end of their playoff run. Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Saints think Haralson tore his pectoral muscle.

More tests will be done, but if that diagnosis holds it is likely that we’ve seen the last of Haralson for this season. Haralson, acquired in a trade with San Francisco, started eight games at outside linebacker for the Saints this season and recorded 30 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

Keyunta Dawson was inactive for the Saints on Saturday, leaving Will Herring to take over for Haralson for the rest of the game.
