Tom Brady isn’t the only NFL player who’s home sick from practice.
The 49ers announced on their official injury report that linebacker Ahmad Brooks missed practice today with an illness. There’s no word on the severity of the illness for Brooks, who started all 16 regular season games and both postseason games for the 49ers.
Also out of practice today for the 49ers were DE Demarcus Dobbs (knee, shoulder), C Jonathan Goodwin (foot) and DT Justin Smith (shoulder).
Listed as limited in practice today were CB Carlos Rogers (hamstring) and RB Will Tukuafu (knee). San Francisco LB Navorro Bowman (wrist), WR Michael Crabtree (wrist), RB Frank Gore (knee) and LB Dan Skuta (foot) were all full participants.
