  1. Denver may have a problem. There are many starters names on the list, starters that were cheap on rookie or UFA deals that were made before they showed drastic improvement.

If Manning does not retire (signs are he’ll go at least one more year), then 20 Mil cap space is gone there. You cannot let C. Harris walk, he’s been one of the best CBs on the roster, I don’t see how you give up DRC either. Champ is also a huge cap cost that has been hurt too often the last 2 years and appears to lack the speed to shut down top flight WRs. Woodyard must stay, tackle monster who is due to get a significant pay raise.

The management team has done great in Denver in years past, but the D in Denver could look completely different next year. At least Knighton has shored up the center of the line, nobody ran on Denver last year, even Seattle’s run game was null, the 1 TD Lynch had was no short yardage and gifted by the offense turning it over.

Love the off season, can’t wait to see how this all shakes out.

  2. If I were the Raiders owner (which I’m not… but if I were), I would Only and I mean ONLY re-sign Veldeheer and Houston….

I would also move the Raiders back to Los Angeles… juss sayin’

  3. Relax on the McFadden scenario…it’s getting old.

The fact is, he will not be back as a Raider. We don’t need to hear the McFragile BS – he’s gone, forget about it! No need to beat this in the ground. We all know he was the “real deal” but it just did not work out with us.

I will say this…he is more athletic than most in the NFL. The guy is still a stud and very talented. He should do well where ever he goes. When healthy, he is one of the best. I just can’t figure out why he went into the line of scrimmage and turned around so much this past season, backing his way for 3 yards and a cloud of dust. Very strange performance this year when he was healthy…

Also, seems they never got the ball to him in the flat. The guy has great hands. But the few times he would look to be free he would slip or trip over his own two feet. What happened?

I think we should keep him…but it does not matter what I think….

It’s quite obvious, he is definitely gone!

  4. As a Raiders fan i would keep the following players
Burnett, and the rest can walk good riddance.
With some key Free Agents and a good Draft thee above listed would be really nice depth and rotation players we also need to draft a #1 WR the free agent market does not look promising for wide outs.
If we can get a Jared Allen or Justin Tuck that would be money well spent Ronnie Brown would be a nice pick up and affordable Alex Mack would be an exceptional signing and so would Alterraun Verner and Greg Hardy maybe Grimes but not all that realistic just please dont sign Vick or Cassel maybe Sanchez or Freeman as a temp fix if we can do most of this we will be more competitive not a playoff team mind you but not as hard to watch thank goodness for the off season Raider Nation out
