The Packers have re-signed safety Chris Banjo, an exclusive rights free agent, the club said Tuesday.

A second-year pro from SMU, the 24-year-old Banjo notched 19 tackles and defended two passes in 16 regular season games (one start).

The club also confirmed the signing of second-year running back Michael Hill, news of which surfaced last week. The 24-year-old Hill played in two regular season games for Green Bay early last season, then was waived and signed to the practice squad. The Buccaneers signed Hill from the Packers’ practice squad in November, and the Missouri Western product played six games for Tampa Bay, rushing for 23 yards on nine carries.
