Because the Dolphins didn’t spend enough on free agent linebackers last offseason, they’re looking again.

According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennesseean, former Browns linebacker D’Qwell Jackson is heading to Miami tonight to visit the Dolphins.

Jackson has previously dropped by to see the Titans and Broncos.

Former Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland spent a pile last offseason on Phillip Wheeler and Dannell Ellerbe.

New G.M. Dennis HIckey might not share the same high opinion of those players, but buying Jackson would create a bit of a logjam.
