Another top 100 free agent is off the market.

And another player is leaving Carolina.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports the Vikings have agreed to a three-year contract with Panthers cornerback Captain Munnerlyn.

Munnerlyn was No. 43 on PFT’s Free Agent Hot 100, and he was the 12th highest-rated non-tagged or unsigned player left on the market, per our rankings.

Munnerlyn (5-8, 195) started all 16 games for the Panthers in 2013, defending 12 passes, hauling in two picks and making 74 tackles. He does not turn 26 until April, and under his new contract, he can again test free agency before he reaches age 30.

This continues a day of personnel changes for the Panthers, who released star wideout Steve Smith and lost Ted Ginn to Arizona.
