Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith has one season left on his contract.

Owner Steve Bisciotti wants to fix that.

According to Matt Zenitz of the Carroll County Times, Bisciotti indicated Monday that he wants to get a new deal done with Smith — and preferably before the draft.

Zenitz also reports that the Ravens and Smith’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, will meet at the NFL meetings in Orlando. Bisciotti is hopeful a pact can be reached with Smith in the near future, the Times reported.

The 25-year-old Smith set career-highs in catches (65) and yards (1,128) in 2013. Possessing excellent speed, Smith would attract quite a bit of interest if he were to test the market next year.

However, it appears the Ravens want to keep the University of Maryland product in the fold for years to come.
