You know NFL rookie contracts have become rote when a guy can’t even get his own Twitter picture to himself.
The Redskins just sent out word that third-round guard Spencer Long and sixth-round running back Lache Seastrunk had signed their rookie deals, with the obligatory photos of each one signing the documents.
Seastrunk has an opportunity to find a role for the Redskins with his explosive ability, and the fact he has a a significant booster on the roster helps as well.
But until he learns to catch the ball a bit better, it will be hard to justify taking carries away from Alfred Morris to put that speed on display.
