Bills coach Doug Marrone is expected to address defensive end Marcell Dareus’ arrest when he meets the media on Tuesday afternoon and reporters will be armed with copies of the police report when they meet the coach.

The Hamburg (N.Y.) Police released the report, via Mike Rodak of ESPN.com, of Dareus arrest on Tuesday. It reveals that he faces misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, reckless driving and participating in an illegal speed contest after being arrested on May 30th. Police received a call that two vehicles were racing that afternoon and an officer dispatched to investigate found Dareus’ white Jaguar on the side of the road.

Witnesses said that Dareus’ car had left the roadway while traveling at a high rate of speed and crashed into a tree near the Mongolian Buffet restaurant. The crash damaged both the car and the tree and the driver of the other car has thus far eluded law enforcement. Dareus was arrested and released with an appearance ticket and a summons, which he answered at a hearing on Monday.

Dareus, who was arrested earlier this offseason for possession of synthetic marijuana, is due back in court on June 17.
