It’s almost like Tom Brady wasn’t happy with the way the last week unfolded.
The Patriots quarterback was sharp on the opening drive, leading the Patriots to a 7-0 lead over the Bengals. Stevan Ridley’s short touchdown run was the final play of a 10-play drive, but this one was about the quarterback.
After a week of being questioned about his age and the future, he came out emotional and efficient.
He completed two passes for 50 yards, and even ran well, popping up and barking at a Bengals defender after his first scramble.
It looks like the game’s being played at playoff intensity, which might be a bad sign for the Bengals as well.
