If the Rams ever think about breaking ground on a new stadium, they might want to make sure it’s not built on top of an Indian burial ground.

Their hard-luck season of injuries keeps adding layers, with yet another offensive lineman hurt.

According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, right guard Rodger Saffold suffered a shoulder injury Sunday against the Chiefs. The injury is apparently to the same shoulder the Raiders had issues with when they failed him on his physical, scuttling a free agent deal and sending him back to the Rams.

Center Scott Wells is also getting his elbow looked at.

They lost left tackle Jake Long to another torn ACL, and will put him on IR along with quarterback Sam Bradford and defensive end Chris Long.

Both linemen are getting more tests done, so it’s too early to know if or how many games they’ll miss.

But the Rams clearly can’t get a break.
