Here is a brief look at the Sunday NFL games where the weather bears watching. Forecast information is cited from WeatherUnderground.com:

— There is a 55 percent chance of rain early in Foxborough for the much-anticipated Broncos-Patriots matchup at Gillette Stadium (4:25 p.m. ET). However, the potential for rain is supposed to significantly diminish by game’s end. Winds will be out of the northwest at around 15 mph.

— Precipitation could also be a factor in Seattle, where winds of 5-6 mph from the south and about a 40 percent chance of rain are possible for Raiders-Seahawks (4:25).

— Weather shouldn’t be a major issue in the 1 p.m. games, though winds could perhaps be noticeable in Kansas City (17 mph from the south), Miami (14 mph from the north), Minneapolis (13 mph from the south) and Cleveland (10 mph from the northwest).
