  1. I was in Vegas in March 1991. As a Redskins fan I put $100 on the Skins to win Super Bowl 26 at 12 to 1 on a early line just for fun. Damn if they win. If I was in Vegas now, jump on the Cowboys. I think they will get close this year and close the deal on the Golden game

  2. They must not buy in to Peyton being finished nor do they foresee roster changes in Seattle after they over pay Russell Wilson.

  3. The Hawks are gonna be tough to beat. I’m not a fan, but I just can’t see anybody beating them. Anything’s possible in the NFL though!

  4. I’m a Niner fan, and I’d say 25-1 is a bit too generous. After they hire Dennis Erickson 2.0 as their next head coach, they won’t even be a playoff contender for the next 3-4 seasons…forget about the Super Bowl.

  5. The favorites is right. But the path must be driven. Don’t pay attention to any Viking or Niners trolls, they are hateful and full of envy. Watch as we continue our post season run, meanwhile your team members cry from their couch

  6. I’m quite proud of the fact that my hometown constantly puts out a contender even though its the smallest (and crappiest according to the trolls) market in the league. I guess this is karma paying us back for all the terrible teams of the 70′ and 80’s. We went from Lynn Dickey and the magic man to Favre and Rodgers. Not many teams can say they’ve been in it pretty much every year for 20 years. Go Pack Go!

  7. Rightfully so. The Seahawks are the most dominant franchise in the league.

The funny and most fraudulent thing is putting the patriots shortly behind them.

Not only have they been the biggest chokers since spygate, they will be one and done this year.

It’s funny how browner and revis could not make it in the legion of boom. Let’s all point and laugh at them when they lose.

  8. The Raiders have a QB who might actually work out- I would give them better odds than the Jets and Titans…

  9. funny how you can’t place the bet on a 300-1 odds on the raiders there….i guess it sounds good or something. Heck 20 bucks for 6k…all day, unfortunately it does not exist

  10. Vegas ain’t oddsmakers aren’t rich for nothing. Go hawks!!! Would love to see the hawks threepeat in Santa Clara, home of the nose diving 49ers. Love, an arrogant Seahawks fan. Lol

  11. Im putting 20 on the 49ers. Not only because I’m a fan, but because were gonna have the most fearsome linebacker unit in years. Borland added with willis and bowman back? If we let crabtree and boone go and draft some decent safeties, And some O-line pick ups, most of all depending on the coach and OC we have a chance to be a great team. I hope gore stays for it……I sense 13-3 season with a marvelous bounce back year for Kaep

  12. Under these odds, if I was going for the biggest money maker, I would have to lay money on the Vikes, Chiefs, or 49ers. Longshots for sure and not likely, but for me best shots to surprise everyone and make a big pay day

  13. The Saints odds seem to be almost exactly the same as the number of millions they currently are over the projected cap

  14. I’m confused. I thought the Steelers were forming the SFL after they win the Super Bowl this year??

    Any comments from the fanboys?

  15. @ohand16 –

I was thinking the same thing about the Browns. (Sadly) 50-1 WAY TOO GENEROUS.

  16. The Seahawks fans comments prove that they are just on the bandwagon. Talking about SBs next year and beyond. Sounds like Dallas last week till the refs took over!

  17. Look, Seattle has a very good team…right now. But in the nfl, teams eventually get figured out. Seattle fans haven’t even won a 2nd super bowl yet and they’re already getting too confident about a 3rd.

As for Dallas, you’re going to lose either Bryant or Murray this off season. Your over achieving defense will come back to reality. And Romo will always be Romo. One decent year from him doesn’t wipe out the 10 years prior where he was garbage.

I’d put money on the Colts because they only keep getting better. Not even a fan but won’t deny that they have a good future ahead.

  18. Looking at this list gives you some idea of just how freakin’ hard it is to win a SuperBowl. Just making it to the postseason is a task, let alone winning it all. It’s hard.

The Packers did well in 2010 but haven’t been able to get over the hump since then. Other teams can’t so much as contend for their own division title (see; Vikings) and yet their trolls jump on the back of the Packers and yell in their ear how much they suck. Idiots.

The article is about next year genius.

Hawks fans very confident this year for good reason.

BTW, you don’t golf for par.

  20. Put your $ on the cowboys because our offense is going to stay in tact for the most part, the only one I see leaving is Doug free. And for the defense Rolando mcclain and Sean lee, and/or hitchins, carter, durant playing next to each other is going to be a dream come true, we will have the best LB core in the league and a top 5 defense if they stay healthy, they are going to take alot of wear and tear off each other. and any one on our Defense that played well will be back next year, Jerry jones already said he’s going to do whatever it takes to keep this whole team together for the near future, and we all know if jerry really wants something he opens up that check book and gets it.

  21. Oh cry me a river you Seahawk haters. You’ve all been telling us what we’re not going to do since last year. That we’re bandwagon fans. That once Russell gets paid it’s over. Well if you didn’t notice, they’ve already signed their defense and not one of those contracts is for a guy that’s gonna be old anytime soon. It’s a great blueprint. Russell will make things happen on offense with mediocre talent around him and our defense will do what it does. Nothing’s going to change barring injury so why not dare to dream. It’s not like anyone’s guaranteeing a Super Bowl this year or next but it sure is nice to have the best chance to do it. Sorry haters but that’s the truth and you know it. If you dont believe that than it’s you that doesn’t pay attention . I think you all are smart enough to see it and I imagine that doesn’t feel very good. Go hawks!!! Bring on Carolina and rooting for Green Bay. We all know if that happens it’s on to arizona.

  22. In a couple of years the seahawks will be gone to the depths of the league like the Rams, the Eagles, the Giants, The Broncos went and came back, and still the Pats will remain contenders, that’s their true greatness. In the cap era no one else can do it.

  23. If it’s and buts were candy and nuts……good luck with all of that Santa Clara.

    Go Hawks

  24. Some guy showed me his $100 ticket on SB win futures. It was at the beginning of the playoffs and damned if it wasn’t the greatest show on turf at 200-1. To be fair he made a few of those bets that year and they of course, lost. But 20k must have been nice.

  25. Tig, I guess its a good thing that you are not managing the Seahawks then considering you have no idea what you are talking about. In fact, Seattle has all of their Defensive key players locked in for the long haul with plenty of cap space for Mr Wilson who has already said he will take a Team friendly Deal. Of course he is not going to work for Peanuts but he sure as hell isn’t going to blast the budget or threaten to leave either. Still two up and coming rookie receivers who look like they will develop nicely. Bobby Wags is the only major Defensive player that needs to be locked in but I assure you, he will be. See, the betting sharks know this, otherwise the early predictions would not be in Seattles favor. When money is on the line in Vegas, I assure you they cover every detail.

  26. Lol some people are not only delusional, they just dont understand how the NFL works and how salary caps work. Not to mention, even having a good year and making it to the post game. Keeping a team together the following year is very difficult. Just opening up your pocket book and paying players is not even possible when everyone is wanting a pay day. Lol, keep dreaming though….

  27. Vikings should be 10,000 – 1. Unless you’re betting that they have a losing season; then it should be 1-10,000 odds.

  28. Baltimore 30/1 ??? As a pats i know if any team in the afc is going to superbowl besides n.e it baltimore i cant stand them but its true ….you think for a min one and done manning or pitts thats nuts
