The Seahawks had two key players missing from practice on Wednesday. But not because they are injured.
Running back Marshawn Lynch and defensive end Michael Bennett didn’t practice, with both getting the “not injury related designation.” Which implies that Lynch currently isn’t injured. Which is good news for the Seahawks in advance of the NFC title game.
Missing practice due to injury were defensive tackle Tony McDaniel (shoulder) and tackle Justin Britt (knee).
Fully participating despite injury were safety Jeron Johnson (elbow), tight end Tony Moeaki (calf), and center Max Unger (ankle). Unger returned to action in the divisional playoff against the Panthers, after missing the last six games of the regular season due to injury.
If you hadn’t heard, the Seahawks host the Packers on Sunday.
