The Steelers have signed their punter to a new contract.
Brad Wing has reached a one-year deal with Pittsburgh, the team said Friday.
According to OverTheCap.com, Wing wasn’t yet under contract for 2015, so the new deal ostensibly covers the upcoming season.
The 23-year-old Wing posted 43.7-yard gross and 38.8-yard net averages in 2014 for Pittsburgh, appearing in all 16 games. He also held on placements.
An Australian native, Wing played collegiately at LSU. He originally entered the NFL in 2013 as an undrafted free agent with the Eagles.
