According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, Ravens nose tackle Terrence Cody is under investigation for animal cruelty.
The Baltimore County State’s attorney’s office said the case involves a dog, and no charges have been filed yet.
The Ravens are aware of the allegations, which has to explain why they made the move to part ways with a player who was going to be an unrestricted free agent in March.
