Veteran guard Mike Pollak is now a free agent.
The Bengals announced today that they have cut Pollak, making him a free agent immediately.
Pollak signed a three-year deal with the Bengals 11 months ago, but as we all know, three-year deals in the NFL often don’t last one year, let alone three.
The 30-year-old Pollak started six games last season for the Bengals and has previously been a starter in Indianapolis. He won’t make much more than the veteran minimum in 2015, but some team that wants veteran depth at guard will likely sign him soon.
