Percy Harvin has figured out a way to keep from allowing long contracts with teams to prematurely end.
He signed a one-year deal.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, the mercurial wideout has agreed to a one-year deal with the Bills.
He must have made a good impression on Rex Ryan in his short time with the Jets, which followed his short time with the Seahawks.
He adds another dynamic element to an offense that seems to have everything but a quarterback, after trading for LeSean McCoy to go with players such as Sammy Watkins.
It’s a bit of a gamble, but everything else about the Bills offseason seems to be (including signing Richie Incognito).
History shows us Harvin’s not a long-term fit anywhere, so maybe the short deal is the way to go.
