The Broncos would reportedly like to bring back tight end Jacob Tamme, but they could have competition.

While Denver has offered Tamme a contract, the veteran tight end is in Atlanta on a free agent visit, Mike Klis of the Denver Post reported Wednesday evening.

Tamme, 30, hauled in 14 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns in 15 games a season ago for Denver. Tamme has played the last three seasons with the Broncos after four campaigns with Indianapolis (2008-2011)

The Falcons are in need of tight end depth behind top option Levine Toilolo. The Broncos, meanwhile, lost No. 1 tight end Julius Thomas to Jacksonville but countered by signing Owen Daniels away from Baltimore.
